We’re thrilled to announce some exciting innovations to our junior programmes for the summer of 2019. We’ll be introducing a new junior centre in Paris. Whilst we have been running junior programmes for organized groups at the centre for a few years now, it’ll be the first time we’ll be opening the programme up to individuals. The programme will run throughout July offering French morning classes at our main school near the Pompidou centre. There are also accommodation and activities options, the accommodation is provided in a halls of residence in the nearby Marais district. The tuition option is offered to children from the ages of 6, but to book the activities and/or accommodation options students will need to be aged 12 to 17 years.
Our junior programme in Cambridge will also see big changes. Not only will we be lowering the age range to 9 years, we’ll also be offering residential accommodation. The whole programme will run from the modern, purpose-built campus of Abbey College, close to the centre of Cambridge. Accommodation, catering and tuition are all provided on-site making it a very safe environment and juniors will be supervised at all times including in the student residence. We believe this highly protective environment will be ideal for our very youngest juniors or for students who are travelling alone for the first time.
Our Family Programme is changing too. In many of our schools, we’ll now be offering language tuition to youngsters from the ages of 6 upwards. When children study with a family member at the same centre, they will be placed in a class will others students of a similar age (6-11 years) and participating in specially devised activities and content adapted to this age range. The Family Programme is trully a great experience for all the family, and now we’re pleased to be able to offer this amazing programme to even more families.
