Japanese Student Revisits LSI London Hampstead after 23 years

Yuko Tabata’s first visit to LSI London Hampstead was in 1992 when she was a young woman in her twenties. It was an exciting and memorable time in her life, so much so that 23 years on she decided to make a return visit and bring her young niece Nana with her.

“I have such great memories of LSI.  I am still in touch with many of my friends I made back then. Some things don’t change. The teachers then and now were all really nice, the atmosphere in the school is friendly. I especially feel it’s a safe environment. My niece is only 16 years old but I knew that she’d be happy and feel secure here. During my current visit, I’ve taken my niece to see all the main tourists spots and I feel that London has changed a lot in 23 years. Hampstead though still remains a charming village in the centre of London. It is also incredibly nice to see that the LSI standards are the same after all this time.”
