Students have been welcoming in the summer at LSI Vancouver with a Food Fair! Students prepared a dish to bring along to school, to share with other students, and they also had the opportunity to explain how to prepare their dish (along with supporting preparation posters to help them describe the cooking process). The students and staff had a great day, and really enjoyed the cultural exchange – and of course all the yummy food!!
The school has also recently had a fresh paint job, and is looking really smart! Here are some photos of the food fair and around the school.
