ZURICH – Students from all over Europe at Language Studies International have held their own Euro 2008 football championship last weekend. 5 minutes from the Zurich school LSI Zurich the tabvle football tournament led to challenging matches. The finale was played by Italian Carlo Meroni, who lost against his Swiss teacher Tanja Meroni 8-2. Carlo was quite unhappy about his loss: “I was hoping to at least win the Mini-Euro 2008 after Italy had already been unsuccessful in the big Euro 2008!”. Carlo is now on his way to study at LSI London Hampstead: “I’ll teach the British, what real football is”. Carlo has already prebooked tickets for a London derby from Switzerland: “It’s as simple as booking my English course in London on lsi.edu!”
