{"id":3532,"date":"2019-01-22T16:49:10","date_gmt":"2019-01-22T15:49:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.lsi.edu\/?p=3532"},"modified":"2019-01-30T13:42:45","modified_gmt":"2019-01-30T12:42:45","slug":"lsi-vancouver-is-moving","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.lsi.edu\/index.php\/2019\/01\/lsi-vancouver-is-moving\/","title":{"rendered":"New Home for LSI Vancouver"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following the popularity of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsi.edu\/en\/learn-english-in-canada\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Canadian schools<\/a> over the last couple of years, LSI is investing in exciting new premises for our Vancouver school, right in the heart of the downtown. The school will be state-of-the-art, glass panelled walls and colourful graphics making the spaces feel bright and spacious. We plan to move across to the new building at the end of April.<\/p>\n<p>The location is fantastic too! LSI Vancouver will be located on the bustling corner of Homer and Robson streets, across the street from the Vancouver Public Library. Robson Street is well-known as the epicenter of Vancouver\u2019s downtown shopping district, offering all the major North American and International brands. Just a few blocks away you\u2019ll find the Granville entertainment district which positively buzzes at night with the many bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Within a short walking are the historic district of Gastown and Vancouver\u2019s Chinatown, the third largest in North America. Getting to the school couldn\u2019t be easier either, with both Yaletown and Chinatown train stations close by.<\/p>\n<p>Of course we\u2019ll be sad to leave our current building, it\u2019s been our home since the school opened in 1992. But we\u2019re certain that you\u2019ll love the new and exciting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsi.edu\/en\/schools\/canada\/learn-english-in-vancouver\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LSI Vancouver<\/a>.
