In March\u00a0we ran our first computer-based Cambridge Exam. \u00a0Taking a computer-based exams offers many advantages for students:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>More test dates offered:<\/strong>\u00a013 test dates per year for First (FCE), 16 for Advanced (CAE)\u00a0and 4 for\u00a0Proficiency (CPE)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Faster results:<\/strong> scores available online after only three weeks<\/li>\n<li><strong>Convenient<\/strong>: can edit answers on screen during the exam and the use of headphones mean students can adjust volume to suit their individual needs<\/li>\n<li><strong>Easy to understand: <\/strong>A time on the exam screen helps students manage their time better during the exam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With a minimum of 5 students,\u00a0LSI can offer the exam on any of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cambridgeenglish.org\/images\/276855-exam-dates-2017.pdf\">approved dates from Cambridge English<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>LSI can also run the computer-based Cambridge Exams in the UK. We have testing centres at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lsi.edu\/en\/english\/england\/brighton\/pet-fce-test-centre\/exam\" target=\"_blank\">LSI Brighton<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lsi.edu\/en\/english\/england\/cambridge\/pet-fce-cae-testing-centre\/exam\" target=\"_blank\">LSI Cambridge<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lsi.edu\/en\/english\/england\/london-central\/pet-fce-cae-testing-centre\/exam\" target=\"_blank\">LSI London Central<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lsi.edu\/en\/english\/england\/london-hampstead\/pet-fce-cae-cpe-test-centre\/exam\" target=\"_blank\">LSI London Hampstead<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LSI San Diego is a Cambridge\u00a0ESOL testing centre.
